NOV. 30 2022 (The Bulletin) — Aviation authorities in Uzbekistan have given a licence to Panorama Airways, setting it up to become the first privately-owned airline in the country when it starts domestic and international flights in December. Panorama Airways plans to fly to Israel, Russia, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
