Uzbek man cooked plov for family in acient cauldron

DEC. 6 2022 (The Bulletin)  — An Uzbek man unknowingly used a priceless 2,000-year-old bronze cauldron that he found dug into a riverbank for nearly 30 years to cook greasy plov for his family. Uzbekistan’s cultural heritage agency said that it had found the cauldron on an “expedition to enrich the museum’s collection”. It said that the cauldron dated from the 2nd century BC.
