DEC. 6 2022 (The Bulletin) — TV Rain, the most high profile Russian opposition channel, will possibly increase its presence in Tbilisi after the Latvian authorities cancelled its licence because one of its presenters expressed sympathies for mobilised Russian men. TV Rain also operates out of Amsterdam. Tbilisi has become one of the biggest centres for exiled Russians since the Kremlin ordered an invasion of Ukraine in February.
